Short version: We collect the minimum data needed to operate ModDrops — your email and name when you sign up, and basic usage events. We do not sell your data. Third-party services (Firebase, offer networks) have their own policies linked below.
ModDrops ("we", "our", "us") is a web application that provides a catalogue of modded Android applications (MOD APKs) and connects users with third-party CPA offer networks to unlock downloads. Our site is accessible at the domain on which this file is hosted.

We do not collect: precise GPS location, device identifiers, contacts, camera or microphone data, or payment information.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.

When you tap an offer on the download locker, you are redirected to a third-party page. We have no control over and no responsibility for the data practices of those third parties.
ModDrops does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage exclusively for:

Account data stored in Firestore is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Usage event data (visit and download counts) is stored in aggregate form and is not linked to your account after collection.

ModDrops is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify users via the in-app global announcement banner. Continued use of ModDrops after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
